Before returning the product in question, customers or store owners must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling 866-998-7002 (toll free) and speaking with a representative or by emailing the request to returns@curbburn.com. After supplying the required information (specified below) and serial number of the bottle, carton, or case to a Curb Burn representative, simply return it to our warehouse.
