Letter to the Ambassadors

For Curb Burn Ambassadors Only (Re-Cap of letter sent out in weeks past):

Everyone who has signed up has received (or is receiving) an Ambassador Welcome Kit. Each kit includes 2 T-Shirts, 6 Cartons of 12 Tri-Pack Sample Bottles for retail store/gym counters, and 6 Stimulus Informative Folders for retailers to see, which will help you inform them about our formula and to get them purchasing product to carry in their stores. You can also choose to use a carton of samples to hand out to individuals who reflect interest. Many of you have reached this point and are ready to get started if you haven’t already!

So that brings us to our next step:

HOW DO I MAKE MONEY?

There are now 3 ways for you to make money as an Ambassador for Curb Burn.

1. Take your cartons of samples to retail stores in your area.  Allow them to keep a carton of samples for their clients to try.  Once you leave a carton of samples and a retailer folder, it is very important to notify us of the following information in which you left the sample:
1. Retail Store Name
2. Mailing Address
3. Phone Number
4. Contact Name
5. Email Address

We require this information for our records so that once the retailer decides to call and place an order with us; we know who introduced the product. Upon payment we will send them their product, and also cut your bonus of $3 per bottle for each case sold ($216 per case of 72), unless 3 cases are sold to a store which would earn you $4 per bottle or total of $864 ($288 per case of 72). It is often very important to follow up with your potential clients. Communication is always key with retailers.

2. We do allow you to sell to individuals as well.  As an Ambassador we offer Curb Burn to you at lower prices.  You are required to sell the product to your clients at retail price.  If we are notified that you are not abiding by this guideline, it will result in termination of your Ambassador status.
1. We do require payment in full when you call to order your bottles to sell to your individual customers.  Currently we are not requiring you to report the information to us of the individuals you are selling to (this may be subject to change).  It is up to you to pay for these bottles in full when you place the order. It is your decision if you decide to require payment from your clients prior to the order or after you deliver to them in hand. We are not responsible for that portion.

                                                              i.      Below is the prices and profit chart that you will be required to abide by if you are choosing to make money by selling Curb Burn in this fashion.

3. Due to the overwhelming response from the public, we have created an additional way for you to introduce the product to individuals without requiring repetitive contact from you to fulfill their orders.  You will continually meet people every where that will question you about Curb Burn.  We decided to create an ID specifically tied to you that will allow the customer to save while allowing you to receive credit for introducing Curb Burn products to them.     
1. Your Ambassador ID number is very important!  Customers can now use your ID on our website as a coupon code and save 5% on every order they place! They will save 5% on the sale but you will make 30% on the sale.

                                                              i.      Example: Your customer goes to www.Curbburn.com and places an order for one 30 count bottle of Curb Burn.  A 30 count bottle of Curb Burn is $49.95, with your Ambassador number as their coupon code they will save 5% and only pay $47.45. Which means of that order you would make 30% of the sale cost, or in this case $14.24.  (Please note: If a code is not entered before an order is submitted, you will not receive payment, we cannot go back and correct this.)

                                                            ii.      At the end of each month our payroll department will run a report on your Ambassador number. We will mail the check out to you for all the orders that included your Ambassador ID as the coupon code.

                                                          iii.      Now that we have included this option for our Ambassador program, we encourage you to utilize all social spaces or free ads to promote Curb Burn. If you run an ad and someone utilizes your Ambassador ID as a coupon, you instantly earn money.  If you decide to do this, you are required to represent our products appropriately and honest. If we are notified you are not abiding by this guideline and misrepresenting our product in any way, it will result in termination of your Ambassador Status.

Please note that we will only send payment to the address that was submitted when you signed up to become an Ambassador! If you find you will need to update that information, we require an email from the email address you registered with us with a statement requesting to update the information as well as including that information.  We cannot send kits and payments to different addresses at this time.

There is great potential with the Ambassador Program. The effort that you place towards helping us get the product out to the public can really pay off.  We continually strive to improve our program and help develop ways to motivate you in our goal to help America fight obesity.  We are very excited that you have joined our team in helping us further expand Curb Burn!
